Some 30 works including two installations will be showcased in Haris Rashid’s second solo exhibition,Humanimal.
The artworks include acrylic, watercolour and pencil on canvas, wood panel and paper.
The size of the works are from 25cm by 25cm to 180cm by 200cm while prices range from less than RM1,000 to RM10,000 each.
The exhibition is said to be the culmination of much soul-searching and exploration by the artist. The show invites viewers to ponder the similarities in social behavior in humans and in nature.
The show will be launched at 8pm on July 22 by Low Ngai Yuen, president of Kakiseni, an arts advocacy organisation.
